Sister Midnight presents the Fourth annual (Vol.4 !) Halloween release.
This year it's “SABBA” From the soundtrack of the 1972 film ’Tutti I Colori Del Buio’ or ‘All the Colours of the Dark’ in English. Also, Released in America under the title ’They’re coming to get YOU’.
A true classic from the prime era of Euro Giallo/Gothic Horror/Cinema Fantastique films.

The soundtrack is one of the best as well, Composed & Directed by the Maestro, Bruno Nicolai. Nicolai's work is all over Italian/Euro films of this era. He worked under the ‘Mega-Maestro’ Ennio Morriconne as conductor/arranger on some of his classic Western/Horror/Politzi film scores well. Using some of the same musicians & singers as Morriconne, some familiar sounds & vocal stylings can be recognized from the early ’Spaghetti Western’ soundtracks. But on this track, Nicolai has brought in elements of Heavy Psychedelia, Hard Rock, Post Surf Music & Proto Prog/Metal. Sitar’s & Twangy Guitars as well as operatic choir vocals and rip-snorting Gene Krupa-Meets-Keith Moon drum fills.
What starts out as a delightful uptempo, almost easy listening lounge-like melody, suddenly takes a left turn into a Prog-A-Delic, Proto Doom dead end. But comes out the other side fresh as a daisy, with just a bit of blood splattered on it’s pedals.

The film, Starring the creme de la creme of the genres Actors & Actress’s: Edwige Fenech, Susan Scott (aka Nieves Navarro) George Hilton, Marina Malfatti. Ivan Rasimov and Dominique Boschero
Amongst others. Directed by Sergio Martino, who also made several of the ’classic’ Giallo’s of this golden era (1969-73)
